Email enquiries
The contact composer prepares an email in your own email application. Your name, optional reply email address, optional music link and project message are included only in the draft you choose to send. The website does not submit or save these details to a contact database. Copy enquiry writes the prepared recipient, subject and body to your clipboard only when you request it. If clipboard access is unavailable, the same text is shown for you to select and copy manually. Opening your email application is not confirmation that an email was sent or delivered.
If you send an email, LBM uses the information to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, discuss or perform a project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or performing an agreed contract. Acknowledging this notice does not subscribe you to marketing.
Your email provider and LBM’s email provider process sent messages according to their services and privacy terms. Information is kept only for as long as needed for the enquiry, any resulting project and applicable legal obligations; no fixed retention period is specified here. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential material you are not authorised to share.
Optional music players
Spotify and Apple Music players are not loaded until you choose to load each player. Loading a player connects your browser to the provider, which may receive your IP address and browser information and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. Closing the player removes the embedded player, but does not remove cookies already set by the provider.
External listening links also take you to the provider’s website. Read the Spotify privacy policy and Apple privacy policy for details, including international processing.
Website operation and technical information
The website uses hosted images and web fonts. Requests for these resources and for the website may disclose your IP address, browser information and request details to the hosting or resource provider. Technical logs may be processed to operate and secure the website.
The application includes technical error reporting that can forward error messages, stack traces and the current page path to available Lovable reporting hooks, including in the editor preview. This notice does not claim that the site produces no telemetry. No separate site analytics service or marketing tracking is configured in the application code. Error reports may contain information included in an error message or stack trace; contact fields are not deliberately attached to those reports.
Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing or data portability, and object to processing where that right applies. Contact the address above so LBM can consider your request and verify your identity where necessary. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your competent supervisory authority.
