Recorded Music / Artist pathway

We take the music seriously, not the size of the project.

Whether it’s your first single, an album in progress or something that’s lost momentum, you can work with us on the whole production or bring us in for one part.

For producers, studios, managers and labels

Production support that fits your workflow.

Editing, arrangements, vocal production, session musicians, mix preparation and finishing — delivered within an agreed creative and technical scope. Work with us project by project or through Production Desk. Confidentiality, roles and credits are agreed in advance.

Production Services

The whole production.
Or the part you need.

Each service is tailored to the music, the material and the work required.

Music Production

From the first demo to a finished mix. Musical direction, arrangements, instrumental performance, recording and production: the whole project, or the part you need. Guitars, bass, keyboards and other instrumental parts can be recorded or re-recorded within the production, with additional specialists brought in when the music needs them.

Project Rescue

For a complex production that has stalled. We review what is there, identify what is holding it back and agree a focused plan to move it forward. Rescue work is quoted separately from any paid assessment.

Additional Production & Arrangements

Build on a production that already works: musical development, arrangements and additional instrumental parts, within an agreed scope.

Track Doctors

One song, one instrument, one specific issue. A focused intervention to repair or re-record an underperforming part — not an unlimited rescue of the whole production.

Vocal Precision

Careful comping, timing, pitch refinement and vocal editing, guided by the song and the artist’s identity. Editing is distinct from creative vocal production and mixing.

Performance Editing

Careful editing of instrumental performances, with timing and feel guided by the music rather than automatic correction.

Session Cleanup & Mix Preparation

Organise, check and prepare existing sessions for the next stage of production or mixing. Deliverables and technical requirements are agreed in advance.

LBM Finishing

Mixing and stereo mastering for a finished production. These are distinct services: choose what the record needs, with scope and deliverables agreed individually.

Production Desk

Production support for producers, studios, managers and labels. Work project by project or through Production Desk, with confidentiality, roles and credits agreed in advance.

Session Musicians & Casting

Find and coordinate the additional performers a project needs. Availability, roles, fees and credits are agreed before work begins; outside musicians are quoted separately.

Studio Access & Destination Sessions

Plan recording in suitable external studios and locations when the project calls for it. Studio access is arranged project by project; external hire and travel are quoted separately.

Vocal Precision

Great vocals deserve careful attention. Not automatic correction.

Comping brings together the right moments from the available takes. Timing and pitch refinement help a vocal sit in the song, while detailed editing keeps the performance coherent.

We work with the phrasing, feeling and character of the singer — including the imperfections that make a performance human. The aim is not to replace an identity with a perfectly corrected one.

Vocal editing is distinct from mixing and creative vocal production. Those are agreed separately when the project needs them.

Musical direction / Instrumental performance

The producer behind LBM

LBM is led by Hernán Bargiela, a producer, songwriter, arranger, multi-instrumentalist and engineer who trained at Abbey Road Institute London. His work brings together musical direction, instrumental performance, arrangement, recording and production.

Direct involvement in musical direction and instrumental performance keeps creative decisions closely connected to the recorded parts. Additional specialists are brought in according to the needs of each project.
